The certificate is issued by Project Management Institute based in the US. A significant benefit is an Increase in  earning potential: PMP-certified professionals often earn higher salaries than their non-certified counterparts

For AWS, you can begin with a non-IT background starting with the AWS Cloud Practitioner.

There is a program registration fee to be accepted for the program, this fee is not for the mentorship service but an administrative fee only to be matched with a Mentor. Otherwise the mentorship program is not a paid service.
